LandWey Investment Limited is looking to hire a dynamic Head of Sales.
The role requires strong Sales and Business Development skills, a proven background of leadership, in a high-pressure environment and an enthusiasm for developing new businesses and creating business opportunities within an existing structure.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Develop, enhance, and implement comprehensive sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results
- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes
- Oversee activities and performances of the Sales Team.
- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools
- Effectively negotiate and close deals with clients
- Aggressively drive sales planning, forecasting, and customer service management
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
- Analyze the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Deliver positive customer experience to distinguished client base
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Proven experience in leading a successful team in Real Estate
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦350,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
