Commercial Banking Tribe
You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.
We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e., the establishment of the BizBanking platform including the development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.
Our tribe is on a journey of extensive digitalisation of business processes and migrating our applications to the cloud. On that, we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adaptable process and application landscape.
As a IT Product Owner (f/m/x) you will work in our e2e design squad, assess new business ideas and opportunities spanning across different applications/domains and prototype new solutions to provide our clients with digital products.

Your key responsibilities
- You will prototype new solutions, leveraging the newest technologies to provide our clients with new products, and being responsible for delivery.
- You will communicate with business and technology stakeholders and identify and assess requirements and critical dependencies.
- You will shape together with the business the solution and evaluate the business value driving towards digitalization and levering emerging technologies.
- You will plan the solution for scaling out and develop to a full featured product.
- You will work in an agile setup, helping with feedback to improve our way of working.
Your skills and experiences
- University degree with technological or scientific focus or equivalent working experience.
- Strong knowledge of most recent technologies, be it cloud, artificial intelligence, programming languages, databases, and other solutions.
- The ability to combine the latest technologies to develop the best possible product that meets the requirements of the market and the strategic goals of our tribe.
- Great communication skills being able to identify and explain the pros and cons of complex technical solutions to non-technical people. Support the decision-making process on new solutions and evaluate the possible business value.
- Being a good team player with a passion for technology and engineering and able to communicate fluently in English.
