Looking for a coperate chef to be in charge of a few chefs at different location. Be responsible for inplementing new menu and at the same time ensuring existing recipe quality consistency. Applicants should have experience in creating brand related menu and be innovative to target at specific target audience. Expect to work long hours and over the weekend, the chef should also perform hands on cooking at various outlets as and when required. Other reponsibilities include training, inventory control, costing, hygiene, food safetly etc
