- Manage the inbound phone line and efficiently redirect calls to the appropriate team members.
- Provide guidance and accurate information to clients, ensuring they are supported and directed correctly.
- Resolve client queries effectively over the phone, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the customer support department.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Excellent time management skills: Capable of prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Problem-solving abilities: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues promptly, utilising critical thinking skills.
Job requirements:

- Previous customer service experience in a BPO environment is advantageous

- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm/10:30 am to 7:30 pm (depending on Daylight Savings)
- Transport will be provided for shifts ending at 7 pm (from work to home only)
