Administration Assistant [United Kingdom]


 

Purpose of Role:

To support the effective and efficient administration of core functions across the organisation.

Duties

  • Data entry
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with queries
  • Answering emails and dealing with queries
  • Inputting data onto our CRM system and Excel spreadsheets
  • Chasing debtors via phone/email
  • General Administration Duties
  • Assist with the onboarding/off boarding of new starters/leavers
  • Updating and maintain our hr system
  • Assist in reviewing and updating company policies and procedures
  • Processing orders and registrations
  • Supporting the change onto our new CRM System
  • Sending out permit reminders

General Administration Duties

  • To provide admin support for membership programme
  • To provide administration support for our training programmes.
  • Assist and support with wider administration
  • Replying to incoming emails
  • Taking phone calls and answering queries

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Experience of administration processes including hr.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Essential

  • Strong IT and digital skills – including MS Office 365.
  • Attention to detail
  • A good standard of written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills – the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to produce work with a high-level of accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and with a variety of individual stakeholders, such as managers, individual members (customers) and suppliers.
  • Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £19,994.00-£20,493.00 per year
