Purpose of Role:
To support the effective and efficient administration of core functions across the organisation.
Duties
- Data entry
- Answering phone calls and dealing with queries
- Answering emails and dealing with queries
- Inputting data onto our CRM system and Excel spreadsheets
- Chasing debtors via phone/email
- General Administration Duties
- Assist with the onboarding/off boarding of new starters/leavers
- Updating and maintain our hr system
- Assist in reviewing and updating company policies and procedures
- Processing orders and registrations
- Supporting the change onto our new CRM System
- Sending out permit reminders
General Administration Duties
- To provide admin support for membership programme
- To provide administration support for our training programmes.
- Assist and support with wider administration
- Replying to incoming emails
- Taking phone calls and answering queries
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
- Experience of administration processes including hr.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Essential
- Strong IT and digital skills – including MS Office 365.
- Attention to detail
- A good standard of written English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills – the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
- Strong attention to detail and able to produce work with a high-level of accuracy.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and with a variety of individual stakeholders, such as managers, individual members (customers) and suppliers.
- Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: £19,994.00-£20,493.00 per year
