1. FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up.
2. Police report arrangement for runaway foreign worker and document preparation as required by Immigration for cancellation of working permit.
3. Responsible in ensuring the work permit/ employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers are active and liaise with immigration officers.
4. Any Ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
5. Calculate workers salary – working hours, ot, allowance based on Timecard & Punchcard.
6. Booking flight ticket for foreign workers
7. Ensuring proper maintenance and update worker’s data
8. Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel, Words & Powerpoint
9. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
10. Good in communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills
